Clemson receiver Frank Ladson enters transfer portal

Clemson quarterback Taisun Phommachanh wasn’t the only Tigers player to enter the transfer portal on Friday.
The Tigers also had junior receiver Frank Ladson enter the portal Friday afternoon, signaling his intentions to transfer.
Ladson, who is from Miami, started four games this past season, recording 4 catches for 19 yards.
Ladson had season-ending groin surgery in October. He played in 30 games, with eight starts in his career and leaves Clemson with 31 catches for 428 yards as a Tiger.
In addition to Ladson and Phommachanh, Clemson had two other players enter the transfer portal this week — safety Ray Thornton and linebacker Kane Patterson.
