Clemson pounds Loyola-MD, wins third straight game
Clemson used a total team effort to pound Loyola Maryland 72-41 Monday night at Littlejohn Coliseum.
The Tigers played 15 different players and had 10 different scorers as they won their third consecutive game to improve to 5-1 on the season.

Hunter Tyson led the way for Clemson with 14 points — all in the first half. Alex Hemenway was 5-for-5 from the field and 3-for-3 from 3-point range to finish with 13 points. Chase Hunter added 10 points in 19 minutes.
While those three players are upperclassmen, it was freshmen who had arguably the most promising moments of the night.
Chauncey Wiggins and RJ Godfrey each had 7 points and 2 rebounds in limited minutes, using their size and athleticism to make plays on both ends of the court.
Up next, the Tigers will travel to Florida to face Iowa in the Emerald Coast Classic on Friday.
