He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $31k. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Sanders’ hiring is expected to give a huge boost to the Buffaloes recruiting.

“His energy puts him in a different stratosphere and the immediate impact he had at Jackson State quickly put recruits and coaches on notice,” said On3 National Recruiting Analyst Sam Spiegelman. “It won’t be the least bit surprising to see Colorado become a part of the national recruiting conversation in college football as a result of this hire.”
