Colorado, Deion Sanders offer 2024 4-star WR Jonathan Paylor
Burlington (N.C.) Hugh M. Cummings four-star wide receiver Jonathan Paylor received an offer from Colorado on Monday. He announced the news over social media.
Paylor is the No. 106 overall prospect and No. 8 wide receiver in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 2 player in North Carolina.
The 5-foot-9, 170-pound wideout previously announced his top 10 schools on Nov. 19. They are Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Maryland, NC State, North Carolina, Ohio State, South Carolina and Tennessee.
According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, NC State is leading for his commitment at 36.7%. However, North Carolina is not far behind at 27.6%.
RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

Paylor has an On3 NIL Valuation of $69K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
Colorado offering 2024 blue-chip talent
Paylor and Buford (Ga.) five-star safety KJ Bolden, the No. 4 overall prospect in the On3 Consensus, both received offers from head coach Deion Sanders and his staff today. Other blue-chip 2024 recruits offered by the Buffaloes include New Haven (Conn.) IMG Academy five-star cornerback Ellis Robinson IV, Oklahoma City (Okla.) IMG Academy five-star defensive lineman David Stone, Los Alamitos (Calif.) four-star defensive lineman T.A. Cunningham and Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei four-star defensive lineman Aydin Breland among others.
The Buffaloes currently have two commitments in their 2024 recruiting class. They are Valdosta (Ga.) four-star defensive lineman Omar White, who chose the Buffaloes earlier today, and Compton (Calif.) Leuzinger three-star wide receiver Daijon Calimon.
