3-star small forward Jayden Ross commits to UConn
Class of 2023 three-star small forward Jayden Ross has committed to UConn, he told On3.
The 6-foot-7, 180-pound prospect out of Sharpsburg (Md.) St. James School chose the Huskies over Penn State, Virginia Tech, Temple, George Mason, and others.
He becomes the Huskies’ second commitment to the 2023 class, joining four-star shooting guard Stephon Castle (No. 31).

Jayden Ross on his commitment to UConn
“UConn just felt right,” Ross said to On3. “It is the complete package; strong connection with the coaches, players that believe in the program, and great academics. The coaches truly believe in me and will help maximize my potential. My uncle and aunt are alumni and I look forward to being closer to family I don’t get to see often. I am excited to be a part of the program!”
