Birmingham (Ala.) Mountain Brook three-star point guard Ty Davis has committed to Creighton, he told On3.

The 6-foot-5, 175-pound rising senior ultimately chose the Bluejays over Northwestern and Oregon. He also received offers from Davidson, Marshall, Richmond, Lipscomb, Murray State, Belmont, and others.

He ranks as the No. 182 overall prospect in the 2024 class, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 23 point guard in the class.

Davis goes in-depth on his commitment to Creighton

“I ultimately chose Creighton because of how much Coach McDermott, the entire staff, and players made me feel at home while I was on my visit,” he said. “The Big East conference is the best basketball conference in the nation. I also love the culture, the university, and the amazing fans that support the Bluejays.”
