3-star CB Quentin Ajiero commits to Duke
Kennesaw (Ga.) North Cobb three-star cornerback Quentin Ajiero committed to Duke on Saturday. The 5-foot-11, 175 pound defensive back chose the Blue Devils over programs including Georgia Tech and Wisconsin.
Ajiero is the No. 817 overall prospect and the No. 85 cornerback in the 2023 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 81 player in Georgia.
Ajiero is the second cornerback prospect in Duke’s 2023 recruiting class alongside Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas three-star Kimari Robinson. He is currently the sixth-highest-ranked recruit in the Blue Devils’ group. The class is led by Pfafftown (N.C.) Reagan three-star EDGE Semaj Turner, who is the No. 597 overall prospect in the On3 Consensus.
Ajiero has an On3 NIL Valuation of $14.5K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
