Kennedy Brown on the ACC Tournament win over Georgia Tech
Thursday’s victory was the first win of the tournament for Duke. What started to click for them out on the court?
“Yeah, I think our defense ultimately fuels our offense no matter what. And so, when we’re clicking on that end, we get out in transition, we get stops and rebounds and we’re able to push. I think that’s what really fuels our offense ultimately,” Brown said. “And yeah, we’re able to tire people out that way.”
Kennedy Brown scored 12 of her 14 points in the second half to propel the Blue Devils to victory. She finished the game with 14 points and eight rebounds.
The Blue Devils shared the rock extremely well in the win, dishing out 20 assists on 31 made field goals.
