Ocala (Fla.) Forest four-star wide receiver Jamarrien Burt decommitted Sunday from Florida following Dan Mullen‘s firing earlier in the day.

Burt is the No. 395 recruit in the country, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Burt’s decommitment starts what is likely to be a hectic time period on the recruiting trail for the Gators.

Buford (Ga.) four-star athlete Isaiah Bond also told On3’s Chad Simmons on Sunday that he has “no comment at this time” about his commitment status, while Flower Mound (Texas) Flower Mound four-star quarterback Nick Evers and Lithonia (Ga.) Deerfield Beach three-star offensive tackle David Conner both tweeted their affirmations that they aren’t backing away from their commitments.
