4-star LB Aaron Chiles commits to Florida Gators

Olney (Md.) Good Counsel four-star linebacker Aaron Chiles has committed to the Florida Gators.
Chiles is the No. 109 overall prospect and No. 9 linebacker in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 2 player in Maryland.
Chiles is on his official visit with the Gators this weekend, who have landed three four-star commitments in the span of one day. The trip was his first visit to Gainesville since an unofficial visit last summer, which made a strong impression.

“Florida made the best impression on me on my visits,” he told On3’s Chad Simmons last fall. “Coach Jamar Chaney has done a great job. Coach Bateman and coach Napier have been great too. I liked the visit a lot and I do want to get back to Florida,” Chiles said.
Chiles currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $100K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
