The 6-foot-1, 185 pounder chose the Gators over Tennessee, Kentucky, and others.

Davis on why he chose Florida

“Florida is just a great school overall, football and academic wise,” Davis said. “The bond I have with the coaches, especially coach CJ, coach Bateman, and Coach Armstrong. They treat me very special every time I visit up there.”

The Peach State athlete joins coach Billy Napier and the Gators’ Top 3 class in the 2024 team rankings. He is accompanied by four-star quarterback DJ Lagway, four-star linebacker Myles Graham, four-star linebacker Adarius Hayes, and others. He was primarily recruited by coach Jay Bateman, the inside linebackers coach for the Florida Gators.
