Florida has offered 4-star cornerback Charles Lester III

Florida has extended an offer to Sarasota (Fla.) Riverview four-star cornerback Charles Lester III.

He is the No. 19 overall recruit in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Lester is the second-best non-IMG Academy player from the state of Florida after Opa Locka (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna Prep four-star wide receiver Jeremiah Smith.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $16.8k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Lester is staring to rack up offers from many of the top schools in the nation, but he told On3’s Chad Simmons last month that he does not have any favorites at this moment.

“All of the schools are the same,” Lester said. “I am still looking at all the schools and seeing what’s best for me. I have to build more relationships, spend more time at schools, and see who will be there for me.”
