They say it’s great to be a Florida Gator, and for these football players, that’s definitely true. Several star players who have played for the Florida football team explained in a video on Twitter what they love about the program and what being a part of the team means to them.

Watch as the Florida Gators football stars explain their reasons for being a part of the program, here:

Among the best things about being a Florida Gator are the gameday experience, the community, the connections, being with their teammates, and everything that goes along with those things.

J.D. PicKell picked every game on the Florida schedule

On3’s J.D. PicKell picked every game on Florida’s schedule on The Hard Count. This comes after a frustrating 2021 season, which saw coach Dan Mullen get fired. Enter Billy Napier, who fans have high hopes for, but it could take some time to turn the program back around.

Even with all of these challenges, J.D. PicKell has Florida having a good bounce-back season. A 9-3 record in year one under Napier would be outstanding. That would also, according to PicKell, include wins over teams like Kentucky and Tennessee, which many people think will be tough games for the Gators. At the same time, PicKell picks the Gators to lose to South Carolina.

Along with losing to South Carolina, PicKell expects Florida to lose to Utah and Georgia.

Other games of note that PicKell picked included the LSU and Florida State games, both of which were picked as wins. LSU is also going through a transition to Brian Kelly as the program’s next head coach. Meanwhile, the Seminoles are still trying to prove they can rebuild under Mike Norvell.

Whether or not J.D. PicKell is right about Florida remains to be seen. However, there is no doubt that everyone who roots for the Gators would be happy with that kind of season.
