Former Oregon safety Trikweze Bridges commits to Florida out of the transfer portal
Trikweze Bridges, who ended his time at Oregon by entering the transfer portal earlier this month, has committed to Florida. He announced his decision on Monday morning.
This comes after Bridges took a visit to Gainesville just a few days after electing to transfer from Eugene.
Over Bridges’ four seasons with the Ducks, he totaled 91 tackles, eight pass deflections, four interceptions, and a pair of forced fumbles.
Bridges played high school football at Lanett (AL) where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 434 overall recruit in the 2019 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He finished as the No. 43 safety in the class as well as the No. 16 player out of Alabama.
