4-star running back Parker Jenkins picks up Florida offer
Houston (Texas) Klein Forest running back Parker Jenkins continues to add offers, with Florida becoming the latest program to extend him one on Wednesday night.
Jenkins is the No. 331 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 23 running back and the No. 59 junior prospect in the state of Texas.
The Gators join a growing list of schools in pursuit of Jenkins, including Ole Miss, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Washington State and others have come calling with scholarships lately. Florida’s SEC rival, LSU, also extended him an offer last month.
“I think it’s a pretty big offer,” Jenkins told The Bengal Tiger. “The success of the program and the great backs that have been there (stands out).”
