Former UCLA and Cal receiver J.Michael Sturdivant has committed to transfer to Florida, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett.

Sturdivant, a 6-foot-4, 185-pound redshirt junior, will have one season of collegiate eligibility with the Gators.

Sturdivant is the No. 26-ranked transfer receiver in the 2025 class, according to On3’s Industry Rankings, and brings a level of needed experience to a reshuffled receiver room for rising-sophomore QB DJ Lagway.

Sturdivant, a former Cal transfer, has appeared in 40 total games including 30 starts over his four-year collegiate career on the West Coast. He also owned a streak of 26 consecutive games with a reception stretching back for his first week at Cal to Week 1 of this past season at UCLA.
