Danny Kanell reacts to Florida State loss to UNC with picture dressed in poop costume holding red solo cup
Former Florida State quarterback turned CBS college football analyst Danny Kanell has the perfect imagery for the Seminoles’ season. After FSU dropped its fifth straight game Saturday by a score of 35-11 against North Carolina, Kanell took to social media with a photo that likely encapsulates the mood of many Seminoles fans.
Kanell posted an image of himself wearing a poop costume and holding up a cup with the caption ” At this point what can you do.” The analyst dressed up in the costume for Halloween as he had previously showed on social media, but took the opportunity at a viral post after watching the team’s performance Saturday. You can view the post below.
Just one year after finishing undefeated in the regular season and winning the ACC Championship, Florida State finds itself 1-8 with no hope of making a bowl game. It’s truly been a complete 180 from last year to this year and many fans, including Kanell are struggling to make sense of it.
FSU committed a pair of turnovers and failed to rush for more than 50 yards in the loss to the Tar Heels. It’s safe to say there isn’t much to get excited about this season and the Seminoles will hope to at least finish out the year strong.
They are next set to take on Notre Dame at 7:30 p.m. ET next week.
