Florida State defensive lineman Malcolm Ray has entered the NCAA transfer portal, On3 has learned.

Ray has spent all five seasons of his college career with the Seminoles, entering the portal as a graduate transfer. He played in all 13 games for Florida State in 2023 making five starts and in his career has recorded 56 tackles, 8.0 tackles for loss, 3.0 sacks, and a fumble recovery in his 41 game appearances.

Ray played high school football at Opa Locka (FL) Miami Carol City, where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 1,129 overall recruit in the 2019 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

As of December 20th, 1,826 FBS players have entered the Transfer Portal.
