Kennesaw (Ga.) North Cobb senior outside linebacker Joshua Josephs added another option to his list of schools on Monday night. Florida State offered the 6-foot-3, 220-pound edge.

The Florida State offer is his 25th Division I scholarship offer.

Josephs is the 324th overall player in the class of 2022 according to the On3 consensus rankings. He is considered the 73rd best player in the class of 2022 according to the On3 rankings.

Josephs expected to announce his commitment back in October but pushed the date back. He hasn’t set a new commitment date as of now, but he has taken a few visits recently.

Josephs took an official visit to Tennessee on Oct. 8. He took an unofficial visit to Michigan on Sept. 11. In a recent interview, Josephs broke down why he held off on making a decision earlier.

“I was talking to my brother, and it was starting to become stressful to me,” Josephs said. “My brother was saying that I need to make it fun. I’m blessed to be in this opportunity and have everything that I have right now. I just needed to have fun with it instead of letting it stress me.”

Josephs has found a way to have more fun with the process and hopes to have his mind made up soon. He plans on taking visits to UCF and Kentucky in the month of November.
