The 6-foot-5.5, 213-pound Loftin made his way to Tallahassee for the first time for a spring visit in April. That trip to the Sunshine State made an impact on his recruitment and landed FSU an official visit on June 7. ‘Noles TEs coach Chris Thomsen led the charge as the ACC program has now landed another blue-chip commitment.
“Florida State definitely just set the bar,” Loftin said of his OV. “I had a great time. I loved spending time with the coaching staff especially Coach Norvell and Coach Thomsen! They continue to impress me and are going to be a great option for the decision coming soon!”
