Justin Cryer was also injured in the Memphis game
Florida State linebackers Justin Cryer and Cam Riley both had to be helped off the field during their against the Memphis Tigers.
Cryer was seemingly nursing an injury to his left arm, leaving the after making a tackle earlier in a Memphis offensive series, while Riley went down and was helped off by trainers after making a stop on fourth down. It was less apparent what Riley’s injury was.
“Couple injury updates for Florida State,” the broadcast shared, following the injuries. “Justin Cryer was on the bench, moving both of his arms and his legs, but the bad news is that off-camera Cam Riley went into the locker room, having to be assisted by two Florida State trainers getting in there.”
Things won’t get any easier for Florida State (1-8 overall, 1-7 in the ACC), as they face Notre Dame next. That one will be on the road, Saturday, November 9th. It’s set to be televised on NBC at 7:30 PM EST.
