Florida State's Mike Norvell visits 4-star OT Julian Armella

Miami (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas four-star offensive tackle Julian Armella was visited last Thursday by Florida State offensive line coach Alex Atkins.
Five days later on Tuesday, Seminoles head coach Mike Norvell made a visit to Armella.
Armella is the No. 139 prospect in the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the No. 9 offensive tackle in the country and the No. 19 prospect in Florida.
The offensive lineman has a final four of Alabama, Florida, Florida State, and LSU.
Armella is a Florida State legacy. His father, Enzo Armella, played defensive line for the Seminoles in the early 1990s.

The big-time offensive tackle would be a huge addition to the 2022 Florida State recruiting class. There are 16 commits in the class, which ranks No. 11 in the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking.
Offensive line is the strongest part of the Seminoles recruiting class. There are five lineman commits in the class with Duncanville (Texas) four-star interior offensive lineman Jaylen Early, Lafayette (Ala.) four-star interior offensive lineman Antavious Woody, Miami Miami Central four-star offensive tackle Daughtry Richardson, Leesburg (Ga.) Lee County four-star interior offensive lineman Qae’shon Sapp and Brunswick (Ga.) three-star interior offensive lineman Kanaya Charlton.
