Jeremiah Bembry on why he chose Florida State
“Florida State has been my dream school ever since I touched a basketball,” Bembry said.
Bembry visited Florida State officially over the weekend, and it sold him right away. “Just being on campus and watching the guys practice, it was really like a brotherhood,” Bembry said. “There was no type of jealously or envy, they just play for each other. Also, Coach (Leonard) Hamilton is a great dude, really genuine. He cares for all his players. He keeps it real, that’s what stood out to me the most.”
How does Bembry describe his game?
“I have a high IQ and I make the right decision every time,” Bembry said. “I play defense 94-feet. I can guard one through four. I’m vocal and a leader. I’m the first one up at every drill. I have a high motor. I can shoot, catch-and-shoot. I have good handles and can break a press.”
