Sardis (Miss.) North Panola four-star wide receiver JJ Harrell received an offer from Florida State on Thursday night. He announced the news over social media.

Harrell is not ranked in the 2024 On3 Consensus. Even though he is also not rated in the 2024 On300, Harrell is considered by On3 as a four-star recruit, the No. 43 wide receiver and the No. 7 player in Mississippi.

The 6-foot-2, 175-pound wideout has received 12 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Ole Miss is leading for his commitment at 49%.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

The Seminoles’ 2024 recruiting class currently ranks No. 7 in the 2024 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings and No. 1 in the ACC. The group includes Albany (Ga.) Dougherty four-star running back Kameron Davis, Blountstown (Fla.) four-star safety Jordan Pride and Live Oak (Fla.) Suwannee four-star wide receiver Camdon Frier.

Harrell has an On3 NIL Valuation of $15.4K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
