Kicker Tyler Keltner commits to Florida State

Former ETSU Tyler Keltner is heading home. Keltner has exited the NCAA transfer portal after committing to his hometown university, Florida State.

Keltner has proven himself to have next-level kicking power. Last season, on kicks between 40 and 49 yards, the junior kicker went 7-9  from that range. Still, he had a few growing pains when it came to kicks from 50 yards or greater. Keltner finished 2022 0-3 on field goal attempts from that distance. Keltner was able to finish the season perfect on extra point attempts, converting all 38 of his attempts.
