4-star TE Kylan Fox visits Florida State
Loganville (Ga.) Grayson four-star tight end Kylan Fox is back at Florida State. It’s his second visit to Tallahassee in the last month and fourth overall.
Fox is set to return to campus again on June 16 for an official visit. He also has official visits scheduled to Miami (June 9) and UCF (June 2).
The visits will be crucial as Fox near his decision.
“I am feeling like I will be ready to commit in the middle of May to around the first of June. I know I am getting close,” Fox told On3 in April. “I’ve been talking to my mom about it and we’re both really thinking about it. I know I am very close to getting the process over with and in the end I will go with that gut feeling.
“I’m getting really good vibes about three schools right now and I think soon it will be one. I just feel it and my gut feeling is telling me I am close.”
The 6-foot-4.5, 217-pounder is the No. 212 overall prospect and No. 13 tight end in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 29 player in Georgia.

Florida State holds a commanding lead in Fox’s recruitment according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM). Following an expert prediction from On3 Director of Recruiting Chad Simmons, the Seminoles hold a 69.4% chance to land Fox’s pledge.
Fox currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $76K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
Standout schools for Fox
Fox told Simmons in late April that he’s getting ‘very close’ to making a decision.
He announced a top six of Colorado, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Miami, Ole Miss and UCF in December but noted that three schools in particular are standing out in particular but didn’t specify who the three were.
“I have three good favorites right now and they are on me hard,” Fox told Simmons. “The consistency has stood out and since I cut list down, these three have been tremendous with me and my mom. They have kind of set a different standard by the way they communicate
“All three are trying to get me back on campus. They’ve really shown me something.”
