LOOK: Florida State unveils icy new helmet, uniform combination for Louisville game

The Florida State Seminoles unveiled new uniforms for their next game against Louisville. Notably, these uniforms include white helmets, rather than the traditional gold ones for Florida State.

The uniforms, in their entirety, are white. It’s a look that Florida State is describing as ice white.

Other than maroon numbers and the sleeves, Florida State’s uniforms are entirely white. This is also the first time ever that the Seminoles are going to be wearing a white helmet. Their traditional is, obviously gold, however, they have worn alternate helmets before.

Florida State has a bye week in Week 2, following a Week 0 and Week 1 game. The icy white uniforms are going to be what the Seminoles wear when they play at Louisville on Friday, September 16.
