On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine: Florida State trending for 4-star RB Byron Louis
Florida State is in prime position to land a top-15 running back in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM).
The Seminoles are trending for Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) American Heritage four-star running back Byron Louis with a 91.7% chance of landing his commitment, per the RPM.
Miami insider Stephen Wagner logged an expert prediction with a 75% confidence level favoring the ‘Noles on Monday. Wagner’s prediction follows picks from On3 VP of Recruiting Steve Wiltfong and Ohio State insider Matt Parker earlier this year.
Louis updated his recruitment with On3’s Chad Simmons earlier this month, pointing toward a potential September commitment. Louis took his official visit to Tallahassee at the end of June and continues to feel strongly about the in-state program.
“Florida State wants me to make my own decision,” Louis told On3. “They tell me, if it is right, then it is right. Coach Mike Norvell believes Florida State is the best school for me, but he is not pressuring me and he wants me to make the best decision for me.”
