2024 3-star WR Mekhai White returning to Georgia
King George (Va.) three-star wide receiver Mekhai White will be returning to Georgia this weekend for the Bulldogs’ game against Tennessee. It marks his fourth visit to Athens and first since July 29.
White is the No. 372 overall prospect and No. 55 wide receiver in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 8 player in Virginia.
When White received his offer from Georgia in June, he called it “his dream school.” He spoke more about the offer with Jake Reuse of DawgsHQ.
“They said that I looked great, and they were extending a scholarship offer to me,” White told Reuse. “They said they are going to challenge me to be the best, and I am going to be around best and play against the best. I saw that the coaching staff has a lot of energy and passion.”
“It felt great,” White added. “I just always liked them growing up and plus red was my favorite color,” he added. “When I think Georgia, I think of my dream school. That’s where I want to be.”

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.
It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.
Regarding Georgia, the Bulldogs’ 2024 recruiting class ranks No. 3 in the 2024 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings. The group has five prospects, including Moultrie (Ga.) Colquitt County four-star tight end Landen Thomas and Moultrie (Ga.) Colquitt County four-star wide receiver Ny Carr.
White has an On3 NIL Valuation of $29K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
