2025 5-star Alabama WR commit Ryan Williams visits Georgia
Saraland (Ala.) Five-Star Plus+ wide receiver Ryan Williams has been committed to Alabama since October 2022, but the elite pass-catcher is in Athens tonight for the Bulldogs’ game against Kentucky.
Williams is the nation’s No. 3 overall prospect and No. 1 wide receiver in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 1 player in Alabama.
Williams posted a video to his social media from the field at Sanford Stadium.
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $272,000. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Williams also recently visited in-state Auburn and spoke to Auburn Live.
“(Talking with Freeze) was definitely important because there were plenty of recruits here,” he said. “It definitely meant a lot to get some one-on-one time with him. I talked to him and pretty much everybody. That was different from last year because last year I didn’t talk to nobody.”
