Ellaville (Ga.) Schley County five-star edge rusher Zayden Walker will be in Athens to visit the Georgia Bulldogs this weekend for their game against Ball State.

Walker, the No. 10 overall prospect in the 2025 class, will visit Athens despite pushes from Miami and South Carolina to get him on their respective campuses this weekend.

He has visited the Bulldogs multiple times already, including for a game day visit last year during Tennessee week.

“I am talking to Georgia and Miami every day right now,” Walker told On3 in mid-August. “Those two are recruiting me the hardest and those are the schools I am highest on right now. They are different schools, and I just started visiting Miami this summer, but both are up there on my list. They are right there head to head right now.”

Georgia was the first school to offer Walker in his recruitment and the ‘Dawgs have built a solid relationship with the young pass rusher.

“I have a great relationship with Coach Kirby Smart and Coach Glenn Schumann. Coach Kirby always checks on me and makes sure my head is on straight. Coach Schuman gets more personal with me. He leaves the football stuff behind and is more focused on getting to know me. My connection with those two is strong.”

Walker currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $163,000. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
