4-star DL Christian Garrett commits to Georgia: "It is the school I always wanted to play for"
Bogart (Ga.) Prince Avenue Christian four-star defensive lineman Christian Garrett has committed to Georgia, he told On3.
Garrett said that Georgia is the team he grew up following, and that it’s a “great feeling” to now be in the position he is in.
“I committed to Georgia because they have everything I want in a program,” he said. “It is the school I always wanted to play for. I gave everyone a chance, but Georgia is where I want to be.
“Clemson, Georgia Tech, Tennessee and others did a great job, but Georgia has everything I am looking for.”
Garrett just finished up his official visit to Athens and committed to Georgia today. He said that Bulldogs head coach Kirby Smart and assistant coach Tray Scott were both excited about his decision.
