4-star SG Akai Fleming to be in attendance for Georgia game on Saturday

Akai Fleming, a four-star prospect in the 2025 class out of Osborne High School (GA), will be taking an unofficial visit to Georgia on Saturday evening to see them take on No. 14 Auburn.
The 6-foot-4 shooting guard holds an offer from the Bulldogs, along with schools like Georgia Tech, Auburn, Indiana, Kansas State, and others. He’s only taken one official so far — Georgia Tech.
According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Fleming is the No. 43 overall prospect in the 2025 cycle. He’s also the No. 12 shooting guard guard prospect. The On3 Industry Ranking is a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
Fleming breaks down his game
In a previous interview with On3’s Jamie Shaw, Akai Fleming discussed what type of player he is.
“I’m a three-level scorer,” Fleming told On3. “I like to get to the basket and shoot the three. One thing that is special about me, I would say is my mid-range game. I watch a lot of Bradley Beal, his whole game. His mid-range, he’s got a deep bag for real.”

What’s next for him and what he’s looking for in a school
Fleming’s continued conversation with Shaw:
“Right now, I don’t really plan on taking any more official visits until next summer,” Fleming said. “And I’ll take them then and my senior year.
“I’m going to look at my relationship with the coaching staff, who I’m comfortable with. I want to see the facilities. And then the culture of the school will be big for me, the players, and the coaches. I want to play in a system that gets up and down and lets their guards play with some freedom. But I still want there to be some plays and some structure.”
