Former UCF OL Waltclaire Flynn Jr. commits to Georgia

Former UCF offensive lineman Waltclaire Flynn Jr. committed to Georgia out of the NCAA transfer portal, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett. He’ll have four years of eligibility left.
Flynn Jr. spent just one season at UCF before deciding to transfer. The Georgia native will now go closer to home and play for the Bulldogs.
As a member of the Class of 2024, Flynn Jr. was a three-star recruit out of Loganville (Ga.) Grayson, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He was the No. 53 overall prospect in the state, the No. 36 interior lineman in the class and the No. 458 overall prospect in the class.

Waltclair Flynn Jr. latest UCF player to transfer out
Flynn Jr. was the latest player to transfer out of the program and go elsewhere. Quarterback Dylan Rizk also left UCF for Stanford.
Rizk started four games for UCF in 2024, totaling 904 yards and five touchdowns in his six total appearances. He will have three years of eligibility remaining after preserving a redshirt as a freshman in 2023.
Rizk made a big impact in Gus Malzahn’s final victory as UCF head coach before he left to become the offensive coordinator at Florida State. He threw for 294 yards, rushed for 50 and contributed three touchdowns, including a Hail Mary touchdown pass on the final play before halftime.
Rizk played high school football at Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Cardinal Gibbons, where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 845 overall player from the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
