Four-Star OT Marques Easley commits to Georgia
Four-star offensive tackle Marques Easley of Kankakee (IL) High announced his commitment to Georgia Saturday afternoon.
The 6-foot-6, 330 pounder chose the Bulldogs over Oklahoma, Alabama, and Tennessee.
Easley on why he chose Georgia
“What stood out about Georgia was the balance between football and personal life. Georgia fits my personality. It’s a very competitive environment. Not too many schools are doing it like them. Georgia had things that show u life after football and the bigger world.”
Relationship with coaching staff + their plan for him
“I’m close with Searles, Manrey, and Coop. The way I see them using me is them putting the best of the best out there.”
The Illinois offensive tackle joins coach Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs’ No. 1 Class in the 2024 team rankings. He is accompanied by five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola, five-star cornerback Ellis Robinson IV, and others.
