Tampa IMG Academy four-star cornerback Dominick Kelly has flipped his commitment from USC to Georgia, he tells On3’s Hayes Fawcett.

The 6-foot-0.5, 175-pounder was pledged to the Trojans since March 24. He now becomes commitment No. 3 for the Bulldogs in the 2026 cycle.

“I am committing to the program that I believe fits me best as a cornerback,” Kelly told On3’s Steve Wiltfong.

Kelly is the No. 170 overall prospect and No. 14 corner in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 31 player in Florida.

The Dawgs have now raked in a pair of junior pledges this month, as Kelly follows Jonesboro (Ga.) four-star CB Jontavius Wyman, a fellow top-200 prospect. Nashville Christian five-star quarterback Jared Curtis headlines the class as the nation’s No. 7 overall prospect and top-ranked QB in the junior class.

USC is now down to four pledges in its 2026 class. The Trojans added a commitment from Gainesville (Ga.) four-star linebacker Xavier Griffin, the No. 27 recruit and No. 2 LB in the nation, over the weekend. Los Angeles Loyola four-star CB Brandon Lockhart is a top-40 recruit in the mix, while Los Alamitos (Calif.) four-star wide receiver Ja’Myron Baker and Pasadena (Calif.) Sierra Canyon three-star athlete Madden Riordan round out the class thus far.
