Georgia Bulldogs running back Sevaughn Clark has entered the transfer portal.

Sevaughn Clark previously entered the transfer portal in April of 2023 before later withdrawing from it. Now, he’s returned to find a new home ahead of the 2024 season.

A walk-on running back, Clark has been with the Bulldogs for five seasons. During that time, he’s been a part of two national championship teams. Clark managed to play in 17 games during the time he spent at Georgia, including in six games this season. For his career, Clark carried the ball 35 times for 145 yards and a touchdown. He also has one career catch.

Sevaughn Clark played high school football at Dawson County (GA), where he was an unranked recruit in the Class of 2019.

While it’s not immediately clear why Clark decided to enter the transfer portal, it’s a move that shouldn’t hurt Georgia too much next season. He provided good depth in the running back room and a good veteran presence. However, the Bulldogs should be able to replace a walk-on running back while he searches for a new home to finish up his college career.
