Georgia head coach Kirby Smart knew how to play to a crowd. During the Bulldogs’ national championship parade, Smart was caught hyping up the crowd.
The coach let all of the emotion go after Georgia captured its second straight championship. No one blames him considering Georgia ran through a high-stress season, going undefeated to complete a historic campaign.
Watch to see Smart wind up his arm and bring the hammer down in front of the Bulldogs’ fans watching the team go by during the parade.
The next goal for Georgia and the football program? Win a third straight title.
The Bulldogs would be the first team since the 1934-36 Minnesota Gophers to do so and the first in the modern era.

“Ah that was just my Jordan,” he told Davis. “I grew up watching Jordan and we always talked about when he used to do that. He was pretty special in my generation. [For kids now] it was Kobe, LeBron and much respect to all those guys. But my era it was Jordan and watching him do that after championships it just kinda told you that his mindset is ‘we’re not stopping.’”
