Top-100 LB Nathaniel Owusu-Boateng visiting Georgia this month
As has become a common sight in Athens, another highly-ranked football recruit is set to visit the Georgia Bulldogs.
Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy four-star linebacker Nathaniel Owusu-Boateng will take a trip to Georgia on March 16, according to On3 Director of Recruiting Chad Simmons.
Georgia offered Owusu-Boateng on January 10 — one of dozens of offers the star linebacker has received.
“I think of a program that is dominant and a system that invests in their players to be the best, not just on the field but off as well,” Owusu-Boateng told DawgsHQ.
Owusu-Boateng praised the NFL development and connections coming out of Athens.
“That they know how to use their linebackers and produced the best of linebackers in the NFL,” Owusu-Boateng said. “The connections they have, of course, that’s major, knowing the relationships/connections I can build off the field.”

Georgia Class Breakdown
Of Georgia’s five commitments, two project to the offensive side of the ball and three are expected to play defense at the next level. Five-star defensive lineman Justus Terry of Manchester (Ga.) ranks highest among the group, checking in at No. 8 nationally.
Along with Terry, tight end Elyiss Williams and linebacker Jadon Perlotte rank among the top 100 prospects in the country. And all five current commits hail from the Peach State, with an average distance from Athens of just 98.2 miles.
