Georgia is a massive favorite over Missouri in the SEC East matchup going down in Columbia tonight, but that doesn’t mean the Tigers are going to roll over and let the Bulldogs walk to a win.

That much is clear from this pregame video showing some Missouri and Georgia players sharing some words during pregame warmups hours ahead of kickoff. In the crowd are mostly Missouri players, including Darius Robinson, Jayden Jernigan and DJ Coleman, all defensive linemen or edge rushers.

One of the main participants for Georgia is defensive tackle Jalen Carter — one of the top players in college football and probably not someone who you want playing angry against you.

The series between the two squads has not been close since Missouri joined the SEC, with Georgia winning nine out of 10 matchups, including the last eight in a row.

Georgia tight end Arik Gilbert traveled to Missouri but won’t dress out

Since transferring to Georgia, tight end Arik Gilbert has not been able to make an impact. While there are plenty of other threats at the position for the Bulldogs, having a five-star talent out there would never hurt. But that day will not be on Saturday, with a game against Missouri on the schedule.

Gilbert has made the trip to Columbia but is not dressed out according to Seth Emerson of The Athletic. This will mark the third consecutive game where Gilbert has not seen the field for Georgia after appearing in the first two of the season.

Luckily, Brock Bowers and Darnell Washington will still be available for the Bulldogs. There will be a time when Gilbert can get into the mix himself at tight end but will have to wait at least another week.

Gilbert has only stepped on the field against Oregon and Samford this year, playing in reserve. He has not recorded a stat while in Athens. Eventually, Gilbert will get his full chance with the Bulldogs.
