Georgia Tech lands commitment from No. 105 ranked recruit Brandon Stores

Georgia Tech is officially on the board in the 2025 class, landing the commitment of Brandon Stores, a 6-foot-4 shooting guard out of St. Raymonds in the Bronx, NY.

The three-star junior ultimately chose the Yellow Jackets over Rutgers and Xavier, but also received offers from Syracuse, Washington, and others.

According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Stores is the No. 105 overall prospect in the 2025 cycle. He’s also the No. 28 shooting guard guard prospect. The On3 Industry Ranking is a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Stores on his commitment to Georgia Tech

Stores discussed his commitment to the Yellow Jackets in an interview with On3.

“I choose Georgia Tech because I believe in Coach (Damon) Stoudamire and the culture he brings to GTech,” he said. “I believe he will help evolve my game and get everything out of me.”

His relationship with the coaching staff also played a role in his decision.

“The coaches are great at GTech and I have a great relationship with Coach (Karl) Hobbs and Coach Stoudamire.”

Stores has a message for Georgia Tech fans.

“GTech fans, I’m ready to win put GTech back on the map.”

Georgia Tech bringing in strong 2024 recruiting class

Georgia Tech fans will have to wait another year for Brandon Stores to enroll in Atlanta, but in just a few short months three other prospects from the class of 2024 will be joining the team.

Georgia Tech’s 2024 class ranks 35th nationally and 6th in the ACC.
