Green Cove Springs (Fla.) IMG Academy three-star cornerback Jarvis Lee decommitted from Georgia Tech this afternoon. He announced the news over social media.

Lee is the No. 908 overall prospect and No. 91 cornerback in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 132 player in Florida.

The 5-foot-11, 165-pound defensive back currently holds 20 offers. He was previously committed to Virginia from June 5 to Aug. 21. Meanwhile, his pledge to the Yellow Jackets lasted only a month.

One of the schools to recently offer Lee is Colorado. The Buffaloes named Deion Sanders as their new head coach on Dec. 3.

Five days ago, another cornerback — Montgomery (Ala.) Montgomery Catholic Preparatory three-star L.J. Green — decommitted from Georgia Tech. The Yellow Jackets’ 2023 recruiting class currently contains 14 recruits and is ranked No. 61 in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings, as well as No. 12 in the ACC.

Lee has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6.2K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
