Missouri transfer center Peyton Marshall is taking his talents to Georgia Tech via the NCAA transfer portal, On3 has learned. Marshall played sparingly during his lone season with the Tigers, appearing in 22 games and averaging 4.4 minutes per game.

As a member of the Class of 2024, Marshall was a four-star recruit out of Marietta (Ga.) Overtime Elite, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He was the No. 9 overall prospect in the state, the No. 10 center in the class and the No. 86 overall prospect in the class.

Whatever happens at Georgia Tech, Peyton Marshall will be hoping for an expanded opportunity. We’ll see if the Yellow Jackets provide that for him in 2025.

In other news, Miami (OH) RedHawks transfer forward Kam Craft is taking his talents to the ACC. On3 has learned he’s committing to Georgia Tech via the NCAA Transfer Portal.

Last season, Craft averaged 13.6 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game with Miami (OH) in 34 appearances. He spent the prior season with Xavier, where he averaged 2.6 points per game in 15 appearances.

This will be his third team in as many seasons, and Georgia Tech is hoping there’s some magic to be made. The Yellow Jackets finished 17-17 this past season, falling to Jacksonville State in the 1st Round of the NIT.

Kam Craft played high school basketball at The Skill Factory (Atlanta, GA), where he was a four-star prospect, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
