2024 4-star LB Qua Birdsong sets Georgia Tech visit

Lagrange (Ga.) Troup County four-star linebacker Qua Birdsong is visiting Georgia Tech on Jan. 14. He announced the news over social media.

Birdsong is the No. 157 overall prospect and No. 17 linebacker in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 24 player in Georgia.

On3 rates Birdsong higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2024 On300, he is the No. 154 overall prospect and No. 15 linebacker in the country.

A trip to see the Yellow Jackets will be the first of three consecutive visits for the 6-foot-2, 180-pound defender. He will be at Florida State on Jan. 21, followed by Florida on Jan. 28.

Birdsong holds 11 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Georgia Tech has a commanding lead to land his commitment at 82.4%.
