One year and two days after decommitting from Georgia Tech, Jullian Lewis is back in the fold with the Yellow Jackets. Lewis announced Sunday that he has recommitted to Georgia Tech after a winding recruitment and will sign with Geoff Collins and Co.
Lewis is the No. 520 prospect in the 2022 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 80 wide receiver and the No. 68 prospect in Florida.
The 6-foot-1, 220-pounder also held offers from Kentucky, Arkansas, Indiana, and Boston College, among others. He was the Yellow Jackets first commitment in the 2022 class all the way back in September 2020. But he backed off of that pledge in January. Lewis returned this weekend for an official visit, his first trip to see Georgia Tech, and opted to commit again.
