Caitlin Clark follows Taylor Swift, Simone Biles receiving custom vest from Kristin Juszczyk
Kristin Juszczyk became known for her custom jackets and vests that she made for the significant others of NFL players this past season, most notably Taylor Swift and Simone Biles. Now, she’s expanded into women’s college basketball by making a custom vest for Caitlin Clark.
The vest for Clark, uniquely, came as a surprise. It’s also, unique from the ones from Swift or Biles, for the athlete themselves and uses pieces of their own career throughout it, rather than a significant other. During the game itself, Jake from State Farm could be seen wearing the vest courtside.
You can see the custom vest that Kristin Juszczyk designed for Caitlin Clark, here:
The devil is in the details with this vest. It includes her number three different times, using the front and back of multiple different Iowa jerseys. It also references her women’s scoring record, as well as her all-time records at Iowa. Of course, it also has the State Farm logo on it, with whom Caitlin Clark has appeared in commercials.
“I wish I could add all her awards on there, but you would need 700 jackets to fit all that. Which is incredible,” Juszczyk told Yahoo Sports. “It’s a special piece and I hope she loves it.”
Taylor Swift is the one who caught everyone’s attention when she showed up to a cold Kansas City Chiefs game wearing the jersey jacket using Travis Kelce jerseys that Kristin Juszczyk designed for her. That helped make Juszczyk’s designs incredibly popular. Along with Swift, Olympian Simone Biles also famously got one of these jackets designed with her husband’s uniform, Jonathan Owens, who plays for the Green Bay Packers.

Caitlin Clark had the vest in time for Iowa’s final game of the season against Ohio State, where Clark was looking to break Pete Maravich‘s all-time college basketball scoring record, regardless of men’s or women’s basketball.
“It’s so special to me to be able to create, especially for a woman of her caliber,” Juszczyk said. “She’s such a trailblazer in her league and it’s special to be able to see her selling out these arenas and breaking all these records. … What a great way to be able to show her how much her fans love her and to be able to just represent herself through a piece of clothing.”
The idea of the vest was actually State Farm’s, with the company reaching out to Juszczyk’s behalf. Naturally, she was excited for the chance to make the vest for Caitlin Clark.
