Indiana Fever double season ticket price since Caitlin Clark declared for WNBA Draft
Caitlin Clark made a big in-season announcement on Thursday, saying she would declare for the 2024 WNBA Draft once her season with Iowa was over. She is now set to break the all-time Division I scoring record and is hoping to wrap up her college career with a national championship. When things are all settled, Clark is expected to be the No. 1 overall pick.
The Indiana Fever won the WNBA lottery back in December and are now expected to draft Clark. This will be the second year in a row Indiana has the top spot in the draft, selecting South Carolina‘s Alyiah Boston in 2023.
Folks are quite excited about the pairing but in order to get to the games, tickets are going to be quite pricey. Folks interested in buying season tickets have seen average prices have more than doubled since Clark announced she is heading to the WNBA.
“As the likely No. 1 overall pick, Clark declared for the WNBA draft yesterday — with the @IndianaFever holding the top pick,” Vivid Seats said in a tweet. “Since then, the average ticket price to see the Fever in action next season has more than DOUBLED from last season, jumping from $60 to $140.”
This is nothing new for Clark, with Iowa women’s basketball becoming the hottest ticket in all of sports recently. Senior Day against Ohio State is scheduled for Sunday at noon CT and for a non-standing room ticket, the lowest price is slated at $491. It’s the most expensive ticket in the history of women’s basketball.

People want to see Clark play and after four years of Big Ten foes having the chance, the WNBA will get to showcase her on a nightly basis
Clark will hear her name called on April 15, not too long after the Final Four in Cleveland. If/when the Fever does select the Iowa star, the regular season will begin two months later on the road against the Connecticut Sun. Her home debut will come on May 16 against the New York Liberty.
People across the country are going to be lining up to watch Clark play. But those at home are going to pay a good price as well. Clark has not even arrived in Indiana and is already the biggest star in the state.
First up will be finishing the journey with Iowa. However, Indiana will be there waiting for her with open arms soon enough.
