Iowa State offers 2023 Missouri WR Joshua Manning

Lee’s Summit (Mo.) wide receiver Joshua Manning has received an offer from Iowa State, he told On3’s Jeremy Crabtree on Saturday.
Manning has also been offered by Cincinnati, Iowa, Kansas, Kansas State and Nebraska.

Manning told Crabtree that he loved the campus and the coaches.
The Cyclones running game coordinator/running backs coach/wide receivers coach Nathan Scheelhaase extended the offer to Manning. Scheelhaase was a four-year starting quarterback for Illinois about a decade ago.
Iowa State has no commits in the 2023 class, but the Cycles do have 19 commits in the 2022 class.
The class is ranked No. 29 in the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking. They have three four-star recruits in Council Bluffs (Ia.) Lewis Central lineman Hunter Deyo, Tampa Tampa Bay Tech wide receiver Greg Gaines and Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Cardinal Gibbons EDGE R. Mason Thomas
