WATCH: Jalen Wilson emotional after second-round NCAA Tournament loss to Arkansas

Kansas star forward Jalen Wilson was caught on camera emotional and clearly upset after his 2022-23 season finished with a loss to Arkansas. The Jayhawks fell way short of their lofty goal to repeat as national champions with a one-point loss in the second-round of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday.
Wilson, who left the NBA draft process last season to return to the Jayhawks for another season to repeat, showed the amount of emotion players feel when their tournament ends too soon.

Jalen Wilson after losing to Arkansas
Although it’s always rough to have to put on a tough face for the camera in sports after a loss, Wilson’s outburst on his way to the locker room is just another perfect example of how great March Madness is.
Adding another layer to the moment for Wilson and Kansas fans — the redshirt junior will most likely test the NBA draft waters for a third year this offseason. Although he could just as possibly return for one more season with the Jayhawks, it’s very likely that fans have seen the last of Wilson in a Kansas uniform.
