3-star RB Jamarion Wilcox commits to Kentucky
Douglasville (Ga.) South Paulding three-star running back Jamarion Wilcox announced his commitment to Kentucky on Friday night. He chose the Wildcats over Auburn, Clemson and Ohio State.
Wilcox is the No. 577 overall prospect and No. 40 running back in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 56 player in Georgia.
The 5-foot-10, 195-pound tailback made two visits to Kentucky ahead of his decision. He was last in Lexington on the weekend of Oct. 15 for an official.

Wilcox is the 18th member of the Wildcats’ 2023 recruiting class. Following his pledge, the Wildcats’ group ranks No. 32 in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings and No. 12 in the SEC.
The Georgia native has an On3 NIL Valuation of $26K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
